Welcome to The Breathwork Club

A global breathwork community

The Breathwork Club takes place on virtually on Sundays from 7-8:30pm CT, facilitated by students, certified flow breathwork facilitators and the Founder of Flow Breathwork Facilitator Training, Shanila Sattar.

This beautiful space is open and welcomed to the community for connection, healing, and FLOW.

Inside The Breathwork Club:

If you've been really feeling this transition season and noticing the shifts in your energy - please help yourself to a healthy dose to breathing! Breathwork essentially activates the body's natural healing systems that truly help you move through heavy emotions and reconnect you with your essence. And you get amazing sleep. And you feel better. And you're in a better mood. And…

We're practicing FLOW Breathwork, my unique blend of a 3-part breath, movement, energy healing, and elements. Each week we'll breathe through a different theme to help us be in FLOW. Some days we'll move and some days we shall take it slow. Our Sunday nights are curated around an energetic theme. We move and breathe at the pace of the collective energy available to us.

Our sessions begin with a little chat on our topic of the week, we get into breathwork, and we'll often leave time at the end of our session to share, connect, and reflect.

Both Flow Breathwork certified facilitators and student facilitators will be teaching throughout the month.

*If you are pregnant or expecting, have any pre-existing health conditions, or respiratory concerns, this session may not be ideal for you. Please consult your physician before participating.
