About your teacher: Shanila Sattar
I’m interested in decolonized wellness, supporting conscious facilitators to put in real applied work in the wellness industry, and have a real world approach to my life’s work.
I created Flow Breathwork Facilitator training from a need for a BIPOC lens and appreciation for wisdom traditions where many of our practices derive from. I’ve created my trainings with the vision of honoring the lineages of where our practices come from, learn the science, and have the uncomfortable inequality conversations around health and wellness. My mission is that we are all able to have access and knowledge of the healing tools that help heal us from the inside out.
