Cultivating Confidence, Connection, and Self-Compassion with Flow Breathwork Facilitator Madi Bowen | Student Love Series

Meet the magical Madison Bowen, a certified lagree instructor, Flow Breathwork Facilitator, and plant medicine practitioner.

Madi says:

Hello, my name is Madison but most of the people call me Madi! Breathwork has been an integral piece of my grief journey as well as recovery from alcohol and other substances. It has shown me a way to regulate my nervous system in a pure, sober, grounding way. I want to offer new breathwork techniques to the recovery communities in my area and continue this wild spiritual journey home!

Madi shared about her powerful experience in Flow Breathwork Facilitator Training, expressing her gratitude for the amazing connections and insights that she gained. Her growth extended beyond learning how to facilitate breathwork; the healing that occurred during training rippled into multiple facets of her life, where she was able to cultivate confidence, connection, and self-compassion.

Madi is already showing her lagree students how to leverage the breath to maximize their workouts, and she continues to foster meaningful connections while facilitating holistic growth in her personal life and the communities she serves.
