Breathwork and Embodiment as a Free, Courageous, Authentic Woman with Marica Lowe | Flow Breathwork Facilitator Student Spotlight Series

Meet Marica @maricawithac

It was a sweet reunion for two former classmates in Flow Breathwork Facilitator Training when our Flow Breathwork Mentor, Bee, caught up with the lovely Marica Lowe! ๐Ÿ’•

Marica makes it a point to consistently affirm herself as a Free, Courageous, Authentic woman. In doing so, she reminds herself of her truth and she hopes that it encourages other women to do the same for themselves.

She says:
๐ŸŒผ I started breathwork post breakup in search of resources for my own healing
๐ŸŒผ Joined the cohort in Oct 2022 as I embarked on a journey moving from New York to New Orleans
๐ŸŒผ Now I incorporate the power of breath in all interactions and teachings

In this convo, Marica and Bee talked about:

๐ŸŒฟ The training and community as a grounding sanctuary for her while she was navigating a major life shift
๐ŸŒฟ The many ways sheโ€™s been able to bring breathwork into her local community in New Orleans
๐ŸŒฟ Embodying โ€œthe workโ€ as a healing artist

We truly love to see the many ways our facilitators embody their unique gifts and share them with their communities!

You can listen to the entire conversation here.
